Payment Schedule

50% at time of booking. Balance by Cash, Certified Cheque, or Money Order by April 1st, the year of the hunt. NO personal cheques will be accepted.

General Terms & Conditions of the Hunt

The hunt deposit is non-refundable. Deposits may be transferred to a replacement hunter with prior approval from the outfitter.

Included in the Hunt

Our fees include meals, lodging, guide service, field care of meat and trophy preparation, and transportation from and to Edmonton, Alberta.

Not Included in the Hunt

Client’s personal clothing, equipment, sleeping bag, rifle, and ammunition. Also NOT INCLUDED are all unscheduled flights, gratuities, hotel costs if any, liquor, the cost of crating and shipping of your trophy, and license fees. A fee of $700 x days of trip booked will be charged for non-hunters accompanying hunters.

Other Conditions

For insurance purposes, the WAIVER, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, and INDEMNITY AGREEMENT provided must be signed.
